BUSINESS GENERATION & GROWTH Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS & BUDGETS Create, Manage and Execute Sales Strategies. Identify the gaps in the Sales Strategy and fulfilling the gaps. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team. Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT New Business Development - Conceptualization, Strategy & Execution Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Market intelligence and business planning. MANAGING SELF & TEAM Based on the Sales Plan, fix KRAs for all the next level managers/staff in the department and ensure effective cascading of targets. Planning & scheduling individual and team assignments to achieve goals with a formal and effective review process. Training & development of Sales team Achieving Targets - Self and all direct and indirect Reportees TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Capacity to handles volumes and growth Capability to communicate and influence behaviours and outcomes Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Acceptable level of financial acumen to understand finances: revenue, expenses and profitability numbers.
