:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele caller Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our real estate services, and maintaining positive relationships to drive business growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided leads list.
Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential customers.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on client requirements and preferences.
Gather essential information to update the customer database.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents.Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide information about our projects, and resolve any concerns.Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and convert leads into appointments and potential clients.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in helping clients find suitable real estate solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
