Job Title: Sales Manager - Lab Grown Diamond Location: Kamala Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai Mode: Work for Office Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Reporting to: Director Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our lab-grown diamond jewelry to B2B customers. You will engage with clients, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach. Additionally, you will manage the entire sales process, from reviewing quotations and order statuses to planning and participating in shows and exhibitions. Responsibilities: Selling and Marketing: Sell and market diamond jewelry to B2B customers, focusing on expanding the client base. Establish a broad base of regular clients and contacts by providing high levels of customer service. Increase sales of diamond jewelry by tapping into new markets and identifying potential opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent service. Identify client needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Product Development Collaboration: Suggest new designs to the Product Development team based on market needs and customer feedback. Ensure alignment between product offerings and market demand. Sales Administration: Review quotations and cost sheets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Supervise order analysis before forwarding to production to ensure all details are correct. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, orders, and payments. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and goals. Order and Production Coordination: Oversee the status of orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support. Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients with professionalism and empathy, striving for prompt resolution. Financial Management: Manage funds for insurance premiums and vendor payments, ensuring availability of funds when due. Address ad-hoc financial activities promptly to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in diamond sales, jewelry sales, wholesale, or B2B customer service. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and the jewelry industry is a plus. Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
