CYC Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts in the travel and
events sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B & B2C sales, a deep
understanding of the travel and event industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
This role involves business development, client acquisition, and team leadership to expand our market
presence and boost revenue.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in travel and event management
services.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, including corporate and individual customers, for travel
packages, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and event solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel partners, and event organizers.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing training and
mentorship.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales pitches.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for
improvement.Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, MICE, and event management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales in the travel and events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
