  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans \xe2\x88\xa7 Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and Monitor, evaluate Teams performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, and healthcare professionals and Address customer inquiries, complaints, promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends and Analyze sales data, market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-informed about the companys medical and surgical products by providing training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Oversee the sales operations, including order processing, delivery, and after-sales service and Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations that impact the sales of companys products.
  • Manage the sales budget, controlling expenses to meet budgetary constraints and Allocate resources effectively to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
Desired Candidates:
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Bussiness Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 - 15 years experience in sales management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
