Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Bruker Biospin\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio NMR, EPR, Benchtop NMT ,Service contracts in the states of East & North East of India and Bangladesh.
  • Responsible for the full sales process starting with identifying potential customers, generating leads, also by the help of the lead finder/ distributor network and evaluating the applications of interest for the clients.
  • Evaluating the right system configurations, preparing corresponding quotations with all Bruker good business practices to finalize the sale with the clients through a purchase order.
  • Responsible to coordinate and execute instrument demonstrations independently during sales process and reporting the executed feasibility studies to customers and team members
  • Organize and facilitates investigations on customer\xe2\x80\x99s samples if required
  • Develops and maintains detailed technical knowledge of the specifications and operations of instrument systems and software
  • Presents technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels
  • Customer trainings coordination and facilitating timely installation by liaising with Service department
  • Works closely with customers to develop new applications in Academic and Government Institutions, Industry and Pharma
  • Support TPA in assigned territory
  • Grow product sales in territory according to company NOB/revenue/BP targets/KPIs/goals.
  • Update SFDC(CRM) in a the most efficient and timely manner
  • Develop sales and market strategies for business growth in close collaboration with product managers
  • Responsibility for sales forecasts for territory
  • NOB coordination from PO received to scheduling system installation to secure fastest revenue recognition.
  • Coordinating shortest possible installation times after delivery together with the other parties involved (client and service team)
  • Ability for generating Key accounts and Key account management
  • Supporting customer events like exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc.
  • Improve the brand awareness of Biospin products in territory
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in territory.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Material science, Physics or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the NMR spectroscopy preferably and/ or analytical environment
  • A positive team player, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi or local language to easily connect with people from different markets
  • Ability to work in an analytical environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios
  • Competence to efficiently and professionally guide clients through their analytical tasks; good presentation skills
  • accomplishment of high stress levels
Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the monthly working time)
