Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the real estate or sales domain and will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties effectively.
• Manage and coordinate with sales teams and partners to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer behavior.
• Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and advertisements.
• Maintain consistent communication and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and drive results.
• Experience in working collaboratively with sales teams and partners.
