• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales management within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share for Tata building materials
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and key decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
