About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the dynamic real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client queries, negotiate deals, and close transactions effectively.
• Provide guidance to clients throughout the property buying/selling process.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas requiring attention.
• Use insights to refine strategies and drive better results.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and generate leads.
• Participate in property expos, roadshows, and networking events to expand the client base.
• Ensure the effective use of digital platforms and tools to maximize outreach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in real estate sales, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including regulations and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
