Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at CHAKRA SEEDS, Bharat Nursery Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, building and managing a sales team, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Customer Targeting, and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in building and managing a sales team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of agriculture and horticulture
• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 Experience in the seed industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 35,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
