Job Title : Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve the company's targets, drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team mentoring and ensuring the execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
• identify and explore a new business opportunities.
2.Team Management
• Train, mentor and motivate the sales team.
• Set clear performance goals and team progress.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
3.Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4.Market Analysis
• Research and stay updated on market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to senior management for product and service improvement.
5. Reporting and Budgeting
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and reports to management.
• Manage the sales budget effectively.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
Skills:
• Strong Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
