Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

Requirements:
