As a Sales Manager at Raja Nissan, you'll lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the Nissan brand standards. Your role will be critical in driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

- Monitor sales processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and oversee inventory management.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews with the sales team.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective promotional strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of the automotive market and customer preferences.
