Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

•Field Sales Executive:•

• Identify potential clients and target markets through comprehensive market research.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Showcase Star Estate's products and services to prospective clients.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by actively closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

•Senior Field Sales Manager (In addition to the above):•

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

•Sales Head (In addition to the above):•

• Oversee the entire sales department and its operations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Report directly to senior management on sales performance and strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
