Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify and develop key accounts to drive sales growth.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Operations:
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales data and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Communicate sales goals and strategies to the team and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
Preference
Candidate to be located within 10km radius from HBR Layout .
Exp - 5 - 7yrs on the related field.
Experience in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurant and Catering) / FMCG Sectors
Should possess excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
Salary - 30k to 35k (depends upon the exp of the candidate).
