Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive loan originations and business growth.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent conversion to meet targets.Team Management:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Train, mentor, and guide the team in sales techniques, loan products, and the application process.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure optimal team performance.DSA Relationship Management:Establish and nurture relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to increase business volume.
Provide DSAs with regular product training, marketing materials, and support to enhance their sales performance.
Monitor DSA performance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and referral partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate home loan and LAP solutions.
Provide expert advice to clients regarding loan products, eligibility, documentation, and approval process.Market Analysis & Reporting:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, DSA activities, and market conditions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all sales and business development activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
Oversee the loan application process to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, loan products, and best practices.Key Requirements:Educational Qualification:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Sales.
Proven experience in managing teams and working with DSAs.Skills:Strong understanding of the Home Loan and LAP products, along with the documentation and approval processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with DSAs and other business partners.
Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare sales reports and business presentations.
