Sales Manager - IT Solutions (B-to-B)

Location: Delhi / NCR / Remote

Position Overview:

For our Sales division, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our clients' IT solutions within the Business-to-Business (B-to-B) sector in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, coupled with strong sales acumen and a proven track record of success in B-to-B sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the B-to-B sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B-to-B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling IT solutions or related products/services.

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

Strong understanding of B-to-B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

In addition to a base salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for performance-based incentives and bonuses tied to achieving sales targets and objectives.
