• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.

• Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service during the entire sales process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in construction, interior design, or architecture.
• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
• Experience in direct market interaction with architects and interior designers.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and its key players.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language.
• Final-year students from Interior Design courses are also welcome to apply.
