Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team.
Pre-requisites
Must have a diploma / degree in any discipline
Candidate must have 2 years of relevant sales experience in construction, interior design or architectural industry
Someone who goes into the market and meets Architects and Interior Designers.
Should be well-versed with the industry and architects
Ability to communicate in hindi, english and local language fluently
