Meet targets of self & drive branch sales team to meet their sales targets
Strict usage of CRM - Ensure minimum data requirements in CRM, to update on timely basis all sales activities
Responsible for sales continuity and ensures sales team is complete through recruiting, motivating, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Derive sales strategies locally. Guide and support sales team to increase market penetration
Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Formulate monthly / annual sales budgets for the branch
Ensure job profitability is achieved through active consultation with Manager-Airfreight & Sea freight
Manage credit approvals as per prescribed limits and credit lines in line with Global KPIs
Ensure all Sales personnel at the branch are fully aware of CRM and that they adhere to procedures for Sales as defined in the Quality Handbook.
Escalate to Branch Manager / Product Heads in the event of any Claims and Cargo discrepancies per prescribed procedures QP 300
Represent Rohlig in trade shows / exhibitions at the location basis instructions from BM / National Sales Manager
Awareness of statutory requirements and work within the norms of the company and institutions
Communication - provides both verbal and written information in a timely, clear and concise manner
Skills required
Bachelor\'s degree in related field or combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7 years working experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry
Strong air and ocean product knowledge.
Fluent in English language, both verbal and written
