The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, building and maintaining key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Experience in Gypsum powder/Plaster field Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Master\'s degree in Business Administration is a plus
