An Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a candidate with 6 to 12 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years of prior involvement in collaborating with architects, developing relationships, and managing channel partners. An understanding of the construction industry, encompassing both its technical and commercial intricacies that play a pivotal role in substantial projects, is essential. Previous experience in the design and construction of facades or building envelopes, along with knowledge of associated structural considerations, would be considered a valuable asset.
Key Competencies:
1. To represent company products in a professional manner at all times, with fabricators and their customers, including developers.
2. To maximise turnover and profit to agreed budgets for the designated area.
3. To service existing accounts effectively, fabricators, distributors and developers.
4. Execute logical and effective journey plans whenever possible and generate leads/enquiries of new projects and support fabricators to win the project with companies systems.
5. Ensure customer manuals and price lists are kept up to date, Organize need based training for new and existing customers on product, manufacture, estimating and installation in conjunction with the training department.
6. Submit weekly and monthly reports to Sales Head or Managing Director on agreed dates.
7. To keep up to date with project enquiries, enquiry funnel, Keep up to date on companies products, market trends and competitors.
8. Full support to fabricators / distributors / network partners in the designated area to ensure smooth order processing and all commercials with regard to supplying the material.
