Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Stay up-to-date on current Flexitank\'s Industry B2B Business Generation Research & Develop a marketing strategy, and evaluate a success strategy. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or above, experience in Business 7+ years\' of sales experience/Flexitank/Flexibag/FIBC Industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge/Exposure of the Flexitank/Flexibag Industry. Strong analytical, communication & time management.
