We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategies to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate market.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
• Provide training and mentorship to sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales management within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
