  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom software solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
Requirements
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitoranalysis to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, sales reports, and documentation of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Qualifications:Education: A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Freshers are welcome. Relevant experience in sales, particularly in media sales, advertising sales, or field sales roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with media platforms, advertising techniques, and market trends within the media and advertising industry.
  • Key Attributes:Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to effectively sell media services or advertising space.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships,understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Target-Driven: Results-oriented mindset, ability to work towards and achieve salestargets and revenue goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client demands, and industry trends.
