Responsibilities:
Candidate should be well versed in HORECA in his region
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
He will be responsible for developing sales in HORECA in his area
Drive primary and secondary sales for his territory
Planning and achieving sales targets given.
Field work required, this will include route work and fresh field visits
Market development including New customer creation
Payment follow-ups (critical clients)
Preparations of daily sales reports
Maintain a good rapport with existing clients to generate repeat orders.
Coordinate with operations to provide customers with on-time delivery and services
Ensure customer feedback/Testimony is taken at regular intervals
Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis.
