Department: Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP)Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team focused on home loans and LAP products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure consistent lead generation.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing necessary coaching and guidance to the team.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while processing loans.
Collaborate with other departments (like credit, operations, and risk) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Preferred Experience:Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales of home loans and LAP products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through DSAs.
Strong understanding of the home loan and LAP market in the Delhi region.
Experience in managing a sales team and driving results.Required Qualifications:Graduation in any discipline. Additional certifications in finance or sales will be a plus.Location: New Delhi
