Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Sales Executives, drive sales growth, and generate leads for financial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations across Gujarat, ensuring revenue targets are met, and maintaining a strong client relationship base.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the team.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify potential business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective financial clients.
• Set and monitor sales targets and budgets for the team.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Generate and nurture leads for financial products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to achieve financial goals.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product and service enhancements.
Travel & Networking:
• Travel across Gujarat to meet clients, attend meetings, and support the sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
