The Sales Manager at Black Bunny Vadodara is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role involves managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Create and implement plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Train, and oversee the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure efficient handling of payments and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Collaborate with party co-ordinator to promote and maximise school picnics.
Ensure that all the SOPs are being followed by the counter staff. i.e. - Greeting, being well groomed, all the recharges and offers are being explained properly to guests.
