Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and improve product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
