Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales or a related field
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support.
Key Skills:
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Surat.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
