Position : Sales Manager

Department/Area of Work : Residential

Work Location : Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Total Exp. : 7- 10 years in Sales with team management experience

Reporting to Director

A Sales Manager in the real estate industry is a key player responsible for leading and managing

the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of a real estate business.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales goals.

? Collaborate with the leadership team to set realistic and achievable sales targets.

Team Leadership and Management:

? Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents.

? Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet or

exceed targets.

? Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Market Analysis and Trends:

? Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the real estate

industry.

? Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions to maximize opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other

stakeholders.

? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

Sales Process Oversight:

? Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

? Implement and monitor effective sales processes and workflows.

Training and Development:

? Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

? Keep the team updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations.

Reporting and Analysis:

? Track and analyse sales performance data.

? Generate regular reports for the leadership team, identifying areas for improvement and

success.

Marketing Collaboration:

? Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

? Provide input on marketing strategies to attract potential clients.

Compliance:

? Ensure that the sales team operates within legal and ethical guidelines.

? Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations.

Budget Management:

? Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize results.

Success in this role often requires a combination of leadership skills, industry knowledge,

effective communication, and a keen understanding of the local real estate market. Sales

Managers in real estate need to be adaptable and proactive in response to changing market

conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
