• •Candidate must have experience into General Insurance. •

Nature And Scope of the Position :

Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners:

• Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business.
• Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes.
• Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent.
• Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of business.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship.
• Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
• Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners.
• Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business.
• Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquistion is within the budgeted levels.
• Regularly monitor and control cover notes.
• Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies.
