Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling and Lead Management:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about available properties and services.
• Follow up with leads generated from campaigns, advertisements, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update a detailed record of calls and client interactions.
Sales and Client Engagement:
• Assist clients in understanding property details and match their requirements with available options.
• Convince and guide clients through the buying process with a customer-first approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Site Visits Coordination:
• Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits.
• Highlight the key features and benefits of the properties during the visits.
• Address client queries and concerns during site tours.
Office Administration:
• Handle day-to-day office activities, including managing client documents and agreements.
• Ensure the office environment is professional, welcoming, and client-friendly.
Walk-In Client Handling:
• Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing them with relevant property options and information.
• Offer a seamless and personalized experience for all clients visiting the office.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Experience:
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
• Cold calling along with efficient data management.
• Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry is beneficial.
