This full-time role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies and operations within the foreign exchange market to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction for Wings Global Services.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in foreign exchange trading and forex sales with the ability to navigate complex market structures.
  • Deep understanding of forex account sales and ability to manage large portfolios (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience working with international brokers, showcasing strong negotiation and relationship-building skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Sound knowledge of trading and stocks with an emphasis on strategic planning and execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading with a track record of improving sales metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to understand and respond to market trends, providing informed recommendations for trading strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Forex accounts to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with international brokers to establish and maintain strong business relationships and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance and recommended improvements to senior management.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and compliance regulations to maintain credibility and trust.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
