Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to manage the Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling similar machines and a strong understanding of the market dynamics in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Experience in managing Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana regions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in these regions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
