Required - Sales Manager - FMCG INDUSTRYLocation: SURAT, Gujarat, IndiaIndustry- FMCG IndustrySalary - 15k to 35k MaxMust have 1-5 years of experience in Sales management within the FMCG industry.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or agricultural products industry.Responsibility Area -Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Set sales goals and objectives for the team and create action plans to achieve them.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team\'s success.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle negotiations.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations and Reporting:

• Oversee sales operations, including pricing, contracts, and order management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes.
