We are looking for Sales Manager - Female for our real estate project.

You will be required to work from our site office, which is next to sector 27-28, panchkula or 1.3 Km / 3 minutes drive from Ramgarh fort, Panchkula.

You are expected to do business development for us by doing

A) Lead generation through walk ins customers and other BTL campaigns.

B) Meeting and Engaging with Property Dealers around the site on regular basis.

C) Sitting in canopies and guiding other team member for Marketing activities.

D) Tele-calling to all the leads that are Generated through our various campaigns.

Key Skills Excel, Sales Experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Acquisition, lead conversion, Direct Sales, Direct Marketing, real estate sales experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications We would prefer to hire a B.tech / BBA / MBA colleague. A direct customer service / interaction is a must. You should have experience of real estate sales or any industry having direct customer interaction. Irrespective of your qualification, we are looking for someone who has zeal to grow and does not shy away from hard work. We are looking at intelligent and quick learning colleague.

Candidates who have direct customer interaction experience from any industry can apply. A candidate from a defence background / family will be preferred.

Salary for Asst Sales manager (Female) : 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
