ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Store Visits:
? Conduct regular visits to retail stores to pitch the products and create availability of
the products in city. Ensure proper placement of the products, monitor products
nearing expiry date, stock levels and co-ordinate the same with stakeholders and
distributor.
? Build relationships with store managers and key decision makers to secure prime
shelf space.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation:
? Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the sales team to drive
product sales in modern trade and general trade channels.
? Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and displays.
3. Distributor Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, whole-sellers, retailers to
ensure efficient distribution, product availability and timely delivery.
4. Product Knowledge:
? Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our snack products, including
ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points.
? Train store staff on product features and benefits.
5. Brand Management:
? Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, product
launches and brand awareness campaigns at the local level
