Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, developing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of successful sales team leadership, and a deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter them.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
