Job Description

eliverables of the person shall be as under:-

- He should deliver performance of branches in the following

manner:-

- To increase the sale V/s potential.

- To achieve minimum growth of double the industry

average.

- To manage working capital cycle as under:-

- Stock : 21 days.

- Book debts : 30 days.

- To achieve manufacturing efficiency

The aforesaid deliverables includes the following assignments.

- 75% of the time will be spent in travelling to branch meeting/

customers/ suppliers/ employees in aligning them for the following

- Performance linked growth.

- Performance monitoring on weekly basis as per TRA/TRS

BB) Vertical Head for marketing bags/ PP Woven Sacks.

- Person will be required to do independent handling of the vertical

wherein he is required to achieve a sale of 2000 M/Ts per month or say

about 2 crores of bags per month.

- The working shall include the following:-

- 75% of the time will be travelling/ meeting customers/ meeting

branches/ meeting production team.

- During branch visit he will be required to co-ordinate with the team

and for production / quality/ time line.

- Aligning them in a manner for the following:-

- Performance linked incentive / increment.

- Weekly monitoring the performance.

CC) Training procedure for the senior person

- Processing : 7 days

- Costing : 7 days.

- Performance evaluation : To send him in the market for visiting

few customers, find the potential and

achieve the desired percentage.
