Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel existing clients and convert prospective leads into prospects.
• Contact existing and potential customers to generate sales.
• Engage in routine data calls as a care manager, addressing concerns to maximize retention and generate referrals.
• Develop persuasive sales pitches to boost clinical revenue through the cultivation of relationships and effective selling techniques.
• Pursue potential clients, converting leads into scheduled appointments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and play a pivotal role in the business's growth. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Solve questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.
Requirements:
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Demonstrated sales expertise in the skincare or a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in skin, hair, and laser treatments, as well as skincare products.
Candidates with experience in the skin and laser clinic, wellness, slimming center, dermatology clinic, or hair/skin/beauty clinic industry are preferred.
