About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team, including the Relationship Managers responsible for acquiring new clients for our Debt Funding, Distressed Assets, and Special Opportunity Financing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, proven sales leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients for the company's debt funding, distressed asset, and special opportunity financing services
• Oversee the client acquisition process, ensuring that Relationship Managers effectively conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to showcase the company's services and capabilities
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Provide oversight and guidance on the origination, structuring, and execution of financing transactions, ensuring thorough financial analysis and due diligence
• Negotiate the terms and conditions of financing deals to align with client needs and market standards
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, client relationship management, or a similar role in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly debt and distressed asset financing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
