Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their design preferences and needs to provide personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to develop tailored solutions that meet client expectations and enhance their living spaces.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Drive sales of designer furniture and interior design services through proactive prospecting and client outreach.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or luxury retail industry.
• Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
