Responsibilities: - Sales Leadership: Drive B2B sales efforts targeting nearby construction projects, promoting smart home devices such as lighting, thermostats, and security systems. - Strategic Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned territory. - Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including builders, contractors, architects, and other relevant professionals. - Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and sales tactics tailored to B2B clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales performance. - Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed B2B sales targets set by the company. Qualifications: - Education: MBA degree in a relevant field with a focus on B2B sales and marketing. - Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong interest in B2B sales are also encouraged to apply. - Track Record: Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and achieve sales targets. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with B2B clients. - Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Driver\'s License: Possession of a valid driver\'s license is preferred but not required.
