Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to improve results.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Monitor sales activities and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales team members and other departments.
• Market Expansion
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company's reach.
• Develop strategies for penetrating untapped markets or launching new products.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
