  • Proven experience with a minimum of 7 years in sales and management roles within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) with a track record of successfully managing CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and streamline sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer segmentation (Mandatory skill) to effectively target and capture market segments for the company's specialties.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting (Mandatory skill) with the ability to predict future sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software including HubSpot for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data and implement actionable strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Experience in social selling utilizing social media platforms to connect with potential and existing clients.
  • Effective account management skills to nurture client relationships and oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate goals and enhance market penetration within Central Delhi.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to optimize performance, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
