Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the FMCG industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting and achieving targets, motivating a sales force, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets for assigned territories, product categories, or channels.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for individual team members and provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to help them achieve their goals.
Identify and prioritize high-potential customers, accounts, and market segments to focus sales efforts and maximize return on investment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners, to drive product distribution and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
