Job Description


Responsible for all activities which falls into under branch - which includes business development, operation, admin, etc.

- Core responsibility is business development and strive to maintain profitable branch. -Responsible for building and nurturing team.

- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.

- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.

- Should have good amount of understanding about financial instrument likes Mutual Fund, Equity, Fixed Income instruments like FD, Bond, NCD etc.
