Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide guidance, training, and motivation to exceed objectives.
Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to review performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract potential clients.
Analyze sales data and trends to develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any stream Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performance sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Valid real estate agent/broker license is preferred.
