l Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets. l Projection & maintenance of a super luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base. l Generating sales from various traditional & non-traditional activities. l Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools. l Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project. l Development and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and channel partners. Role: l Responsible for generating Sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers l Report on Sales Activities to reporting authority. l Reaching the targets and goals set by the Management. l Developing sales strategies and setting targets. l Monitoring team\'s performance and motivating them to reach targets. l Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
